Ship-n-Shore Policies

Smoking/Pet Policies: 

-Smoking is prohibited in any of our guest rooms, pool area, or in any common areas of the hotel. Smoking in these areas will incur a $250.00 non-refundable fee that will be billed to your room immediately.

-Cleaning Fee of $250.00 non-refundable will be billed to your room immediately, at staffs discretion, for stains, broken items or distruction of property. 

-There are no pets allowed in hotel guest rooms or in the hotel and hot tub area. Service animals are permitted, but you must inform the front desk upon Check-In time.

Cancellation/Early Departure Policies:

-All reservations will be subject to a non-refundable $40 booking fee at the time of reservation. Cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours in advance of scheduled arrival date. Cancelations made with 48 hrs will be charged in full. 

-There are no refunds for early departures.

Check-In/ Check-Out Policies:

-Check-In Time is 4:00pm and Check-Out Time is 11:00am.

-You must provide a valid form of ID, as well as a Credit/Debit Card to check into your room. 

-Room reservation balances are due in full upon Check-In.

-We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Cash, or Check as forms of payment. Rooms paying with cash or check must provide a credit/debit card for any incidentals, such as additional room charges or fees accrued during your stay.

-Any charges incurred to your room or any remaining balances will be charged to the credit/debit card on file nightly or at Check-Out Time.

General Hotel Policies:

-The pool and hot tub area is open from 10:00am until 10:00pm daily during the summer season or weather appropriate times, as deemed by hotel management. We do not guarantee the pool and hot tub to be open at any time before Memorial Day Weekend or after Labor Day Weekend. Hotel management reserves the right to close any or all of the pool and hot tub area at any time as they see fit. There will be no refunds due to the pool or hot tub being closed due to circumstances out of our control.

-Any items borrowed from the hotel must be returned by check-out time. Any items not returned will be charged to room card on file at check-out time.

-Any damage done to the room, linens, or any hotel property will be billed to the responsible party.
